Custom WordPress Plugin Development
When no existing plugin does the job — or five plugins are doing it badly — a focused custom plugin is faster, safer and cheaper to maintain.
Stacking plugins to approximate one feature adds weight, conflicts and security exposure. A custom plugin does exactly what your business needs and nothing more, and because we wrote it, we can maintain it.
We follow WordPress coding standards and the security practices in the Plugin Handbook: validate and sanitise input, escape output, check capabilities and nonces, and use prepared database queries. Plugins ship with documentation and are kept in version control.
Bespoke feature plugins: Calculators, configurators, member areas, directories, booking and quoting tools.
WooCommerce extensions: Custom pricing rules, checkout fields, GST invoices, shipping and order workflows.
Admin & workflow tools: Custom post types, dashboards, approvals, imports/exports and reports for your team.
API & integration plugins: Connect WordPress to CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways and third-party APIs.
Gutenberg block plugins: Reusable blocks packaged as a plugin so they survive theme changes.
Plugin rescue & security fixes: Fix, refactor or replace a broken, abandoned or vulnerable plugin.
Will the plugin keep working after WordPress updates?
We build against current WordPress APIs and test with new releases. Under the AMC we check compatibility as part of updates.
Can you modify an existing third-party plugin?
We avoid editing third-party plugins directly, since updates overwrite changes. Instead we extend them with hooks in a small companion plugin.
How much does a WordPress website cost in India?
It depends on the number of pages, design complexity, integrations and whether it is a store. Submit your requirements in the quick-quote form and we'll send a fixed quote, usually within one working day.
Who owns the code?
You do. Themes and custom plugins we build for you are handed over with the source code once the project is paid for.
